Nema Randolph Joins the Marlin Clinic

Meet Nema Randolph, FNP! Nema is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and will be seeing patients on Wednesday afternoons, all day Thursday, and all day Friday at the Marlin Clinic. She has been in the healthcare industry for 14 years. She believes every patient should be treated with the best medical procedures possible, and she ensures that every day she handles her job with careful attention. Nema believes one must be comfortable with a lifetime of learning, open to daily challenges, and empathetic with the biosocial and psychosocial difficulties facing our patients. The FNP weaves these facets of care together into a meaningful practice based on relationships with individuals, families, and the community.

Nema was a working wife and mom of six while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees at Walden University. She is certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN). Nema began her nursing career working as a Registered Nurse (RN) focusing on hospice care, home health care, and medical-surgical nursing. She also served as a Charge RN at Seton Medical Center and Hospital. Her other past experience includes employment as an RN at Nursing Homes and Rehabilitation Facilities.

“As a family nurse practitioner, I have been trained to treat the whole family, from infancy to the elderly. That means I have a great understanding to be able to assess, diagnose, and treat the majority of the conditions that are presented to the clinic. I also know that patients with complex conditions sometimes may need to see a specialist. I am also focused on teaching patients about maintaining a balance for optimal health. I want the patients of Falls County to know that they can get special care right here in Marlin.”
